‘The Amazing Adventures of Leonardo da Finchi’ is a sequel to my previous children’s picture book. In this story, our little Gouldian finch, finds himself trapped and sold through a pet shop. Although his owner is kind, Leonardo yearns for home and luckily, fate deals him an opportunity to escape. A gecko, in similar situation, pleads for help. Leonardo’s creative mind unfurls a plan and together, the two strangers venture forth in an effort to find home.
