After password issues I have finally unlocked my site again and can finish updating my news. My next book is well underway with most of the illustrations finished. I hope to have it formatted and ready for printing by spring.
My art has been a focus with exhibitions and shows, meeting other artists and enjoying exploring more styles and techniques. I am looking forward to attending workshops later this year to help with illustrating yet another children’s book. With this I hope to try a totally different illustration style.
Sharing ideas and techniques with my young students is helping my own style to evolve. With new ideas flowing in I am often found scribbling down notes for future writing and illustrasting. So a quiet spell is not such a bad thing after all.
